Smart resume

Is there a solution to fixing the smart resume issues other than turning it on and then off in the settings?  That has not worked, and we are still experiencing delays before the programming resumes.

Hello, @user_aa0ccd thanks for doing all you can to troubleshoot. At this time, we don't have any new information to share. I sincerely apologize. Our engineers will continue to evaluate Smart Resume and take steps to re-calibrate it. Look out for potential updates in the future.

Any updates on getting Smart Resume fixed? Its been over a year to my best recollection and why have the function when it does not work? Turning it off and back one does nothing. Its such a great feature but worthless the way it is now. With all the talent at Xfinity its really frustrating for users that it has not been fixed.
