Would you fix the out of sync smart resume already? We pay you enough we shouldn’t have to deal with this

Good afternoon @garygoldsmith and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Smart Resume and are aware that there is a known issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while our back end team works to get it resolved. We have been provided with a temporary solution that may help. Can you please try toggling your smart resume off and then back on by going to settings/preferences/general/smart resume? Thanks!

Our smart resume has not worked at all since June 26.  No yellow lines.  I have tried toggling it off and back on in settings.  I have also tried the lightning forward (pressing fast forward 5 times).  Neither one has worked.

Hi there, @daysister. The Smart Resume issue is still being worked on by our Engineering team. The calibration is off for when the program should resume. We do not have an estimate of when this will be resolved but will update the thread when that happens.

 

As far as not seeing the yellow bar at all, is the recording that you are checking completed fully? Is the recording on a station you would normally see the bar such as NBC, CBS, or ABC? Does this seem to be affecting all recordings or just some of them?
