Smart Resume on X1
When will Xfinity repair Smart Resume ? It has been off 30 seconds for over a year now.
It is well documented and I am shocked they have not fixed it yet.
Any ETA ?

my opinion is that it will never get fixed....my thought process:
1) It is perfectly matched up on recordings you access from the cloud.
2) It has been over a year (possibly 2+ years) that this has been an issue - as you point out.
it is my opinion that all recordings will be cloud based in the not too distant future, so why spend resources on something for a short term fix (me guessing their mentality)
For me, I have shut that feature off in the menu on all boxes except my Xi6 (because that box ONLY accesses recordings from the cloud)
