Smart resume issue

Smart resume still isn’t working properly.  Every time I use it I still have to forward it 30 seconds

Same. Seems this is a problem that xfinity has been “working on” for a year+. Their scripted “contact us to trouble shoot

“ is just that a script that they post on the forum but they just won’t fix the problem.
