small X1 boxes lose signal

My 5 small X1 boxes have lost their connection again.  Second time in last 30 days.  Last time the Xfinity rep had to send a new signal to each box which required me to be on a phone call with them for about an hour+.  A system/refresh doesn't help because the boxes can't be found on the system (not connected).

user_7tas8c Sorry to hear you experienced this with your boxes recently, are you still experiencing the disconnects? 
 
Do you currently use the Xfinity app for troubleshooting your devices? I would definitely recommend the app or https://www.xfinity.com/support/status to check first for any interruptions.
