Slow XI Box

Yes they just replaced my old X1 Box and this new one is slower than ever

Have tried everything it has to be the new X1 box and you can’t get a human on the assistant chat just keeps giving the same replies

Just to confirm, are all functions, apps, and programming moving slowly on the new X1 box, or is this only occurring on specific apps, functions, and programming?
