Slow service

What is going on with Comcast? Is taking forever to look something up, change the channel and to fast forward on the remote. Why is it taking so long and all over the place? We pay way too much money for the service to have gone backwards!

Usually it is low signal level that makes response slow.  Blame the squirrels.
