Slow halting reception

For months I have been having reception troubles. In July a tech came out and said it was a result of a bad signal from the box on our street. "This whole street is bad". Someone came out, and it was a little better for a few months. Now worse than ever.

tech came last week, updated all our cable connections and boxes.  No improvement.
how do I get them to look at the signal coming from the street.  He seemed uninterested in looking up the history from that visit.  How do I get to someone to review this problem?

i get lots of error codes all relating to signal problems, etc

I’ve escalated it up but you’ll still need another tech out to get any pertinent information into the hands of the maintenance team

Funny. I “upgraded” to x1 over a month ago, and was told the same thing by the install tech. Low and behold, I too am having reception issues now. Is your services losing audio and “glitching” every 20 seconds or so? I wasn’t sure if it was my DVR or the service, and support has been less than helpful
