Sleepy box
I see all these posts from 3 years ago and Xfinity STILL hasn’t made it possible for customers to have the ability to keep the box on without it going to sleep after a period of inactivity?! I pay almost $270 a month for service, I feel I should have the right to leave my tv on for my pet while I’m not home! This is absurd!!

Thanks for reaching out to us this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-power-preferences has great information on to disable Xfinity's Power Saver or "Nap Mode" on your X1 TV Box, you'll need to navigate to the Power Preferences settings. Press the Xfinity button on your remote, go to Settings (gear icon), then Device Settings, then Power Preferences. From there, you can toggle the Power Saver feature on or off
