Sleepy box

I see all these posts from 3 years ago and Xfinity STILL hasn’t made it possible for customers to have the ability to keep the box on without it going to sleep after a period of inactivity?! I pay almost $270 a month for service, I feel I should have the right to leave my tv on for my pet while I’m not home! This is absurd!!
