user_alf1ow Have you noticed if this issue appears on multiple recordings, or is it just one? I'd recommend going through the automated troubleshooting steps through the Xfinity app (under the Services tab) to help with possible common errors, or try turning Smart Resume off for a few minutes and then back on.
