Simplified streamlined X1 Voice remote resembling Roku

Please consider simplifying the X1 Voice Remote by adopting a design similar to the Roku Voice Remote. Removing the number pad would cater to users who rarely utilize it, while redesigning the buttons to be raised and more tactile—without the current rubbery texture—could improve usability. Enhancing the navigation arrows to be raised and more intuitive, modeled after Roku's, would also be a significant improvement.
Additionally, a smaller-profile remote with only essential buttons like microphone button,Record, Fast Forward, Rewind, Rewind 10 Seconds, Fast Forward 10 Seconds, and Guide would make the device more streamlined and easier to handle.
To further enhance user experience, consider incorporating a rechargeable battery with USB-C compatibility, which would eliminate the inconvenience of disposable batteries. These changes could go a long way in making the remote more user-friendly and modernized.

@XfinityDena Thank you so much. So a voice that has the same texture and feel as a Roku remote would be great. Especially in regard to the navigation arrows because the current navigation arrows on the newer end older Xfinity Voice remote are extremely stiff and hard to press down. The texture of the Roku remote is much easier, especially when you’re navigating the remote at night. Just for reference, I’m referring to the Roku Voice pro second generation remote. Thank you. On a sidenote, I’m hoping this just happen because I’m also in a wheelchair and a remote like this would make it much easier than the current xfinity voice remote
