Show won't record
Just added TV service. One particulr show doesn't record, even though I have programmed it to record several times. I even get a notification that it is set to record every time I try, but it doesn't show up in scheduled recordings, and doesn't show the 3 red dots(signifying recording) when I check the future guide. Yes, I have the channel as part of my package. Other shows I have programmed are no problem, just this particular one. Any ideas???

Hello, pingman521, I am sorry your show is not recording. I know this must be disappointing, especially since you just added TV. What show is giving you this trouble? If you can send a private message with your name and service address we can take a closer look at your service and help.
