Show says “Watched”

There are two episodes of a show I record that say “Watched”.  None of us watched them and no one uses our xfinity on a computer or anything else. I need to know if shows will say “Watched” if I turn it off while watching an episode before that or any other reason? I need to know when these were watched bc we were out of town and our pet sitter does NOT have permission to watch our TV. They also said they didn’t watch it so I need to know if they are lying. Please help me figure out why they say watched and if you can provide a date and time they were watched if it’s not a technology glitch? It’s important to us. Thanks

Sometimes when I set a DVR recording for a new episode the network for some reason shows a rerun that I have seen and it is marked watched.  Look at the info on the show - it should tell the date the program originally aired.

Thanks but this a new show with no reruns. I had two new episodes to watch and they didn’t show as watched and when I went back to them a week later they showed as watched.

Good evening @user_639366 I hope you are doing well and having a great night. Thank you for contacting our team and lettings us know about your DVR recording. I can certainly understand your concern not wanting anyone else to view your shows.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
•  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
•  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
