Set top box won't rewind

I have a second DVR in my bedroom that no longer will rewind live TV. I get an error message that says set top box doesn't support this

Hello Kelly23 is this a full sized DVR, or one of the smaller boxes? If a unit isn't used in a while, it may lose connection to the network. This can cause some temporary disconnection of available features. I'd recommend using your voice remote to say "System Refresh," or go to the X1 Help Menu (Xfinity button > Settings > Help) and select the System Refresh tile. This will refresh that box and takes about 5-7 minutes.
