Yea the amazing app <Edited: Language>. Do you feel like you’re getting a run around. We been like this for 4 weeks now.

@Dwgr17 Can you clarify if there are any error messages? Can you also tell us what troubleshooting steps you've already taken, such as checking the connections and making sure that the TV is on the correct input etc? The more information you can provide us, the better we will be able to assist you.
