Service issues

Continue to have service issues at my address with X1 TV service. Picture will shadow on guide and tv channel. Technicians have been out multiple times replacing lines to house and saying that there was a low signal in box at curb which they supposedly fixed the low signal at curb issue but today problem has returned. Wish this could finally be fixed!

could you post a screen capture (phone photo?) of the shadow you are speaking about?

It does it intermittently now (used to do it more) but I can post it the next time it does shadow.

Now the shadowing in picture and on the on screen guide/low signal at curb problem continues to happen (in the Latour Dr) area in Marietta GA. It is doing this more now. Wish this could be fixed once and for all.
