Series Priority list: deleting entries
Through the tv, in the Scheduled menu, I can see the list of tv shows that would record if they air in the Series Priority list. That list is almost one hundred items, including shows that ended years ago. The only available function is to reorder them, one at a time.
Can I access the Series Priority list online so it can be manipulated faster and easier, including deleting entries?
I found this page but the directions do not work.

Then I found this forum post from 2021 where the Official Employee discusses this
https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/scheduled-recording-priority-list/61b370cfe41a4a46af41aad7
She points to this page but this page's instructions on deleting does not work

This forum post from October 19th, 2022 has the Official Employee also pointing to the /x1-manage-the-priority-of-a-program page.

@paulb104 That is a great suggestion that I will make sure to pass along. As of right now the only way to delete the recordings is through the method in the first link that you shared. ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-cancel-a-series-recording-for-a-series-not-currently-airing)
At what step are you running into issues with?

When I last visited those pages, the only instructions to delete a scheduled recording was to select the series and then arrow to the right. Now the /x1-cancel-a-series-recording-for-a-series-not-currently-airing page has different instructions (going to the info page) so it's doable now.
However, after deleting an entry you are taken back to the top of the list. While this might seem trivial, but with a list almost one hundred deep and only five visible entries on the screen it becomes a real hassle. So it takes at least eight clicks on the remote to delete one entry, plus paging down many times to get to another entry.
Not very intuitive.

I do agree with you on that. I am going to pass along your feedback for future improvements.

To Delete Programs from Priority List (Series Priority):
1 Press Xfinity/Menu and scroll select Saved
2 Scroll over to select Scheduled
3 On the bar below, select Series Priority
4 Scroll down to the program you want to delete or use the Pg down button to scroll faster
5 Press the “D” button located underneath the “Pg” down button
6 Select Cancel Recording
Unfortunately, I don’t think that there is a way to delete multiple programs at once.
