Sent Wrong Box Several Times Since September Need a 4k DVR Box

How do I get a 4k DVR Box? 

I brought our defective 4k DVR box into our local store for replacement in September.  Since then we have been sent three wrong boxes (satellite box instead of DVR) and had two additional orders canceled by Customer Service as the order defaulted to the wrong box again.  Customer service continually tells us they can send the right box and every time the wrong one is shipped.  I have gone to our local Xfinity store and spent significant hours on the phone with customer service.  We just need a replacement 4k DVR box.  We have been customers of Xfinity for 25+ years but will need to move on if we can't get the right equipment.  HOW DO WE GET THE RIGHT 4K DVR BOX?

TaskR, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I am sorry you have had such a difficult time getting the correct box. Please send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following: 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

Hi Angie,  I appreciate your response and have sent a DM as you instructed above.  Unfortunately, I am very skeptical that we will be sent the right box as several customer service representatives have swore to me that they are sending the the right 4k DVR box and every time the wrong box shows up at our home.  I hope you have some influence or this process does to change the outcome.

We just received our replacement 4kDVR box shipment and AGAIN it is the wrong box. Xi6 satellite box was sent. THIS IS THE 6TH TIME WE HAVE NOT BEEN SENT THE 4K DVR BOX. What do we need to do to get the right 4kDVR box sent to us, who do we need to speak with? I find it hard to believe any new customers that are setting up 4kDVR service with Xfinity would not be provided the 4k DVR and shipped the wrong box six times. Is this how customers that have been with Xfinity for over 25 yrs are treated? We are constantly being told it is no problem to send us the XG1v4 4k DVR box yet we never are shipped it.  Xfinity enters an order for the 4k DVR box, and the person helping us sees that it is the right box being sent.  However, once the order goes to the warehouse the the 4k DVR box is converted to the Xi6 satellite box and we are sent the wrong box. 

HOW DO WE GET THE RIGHT 4K DVR BOX SENT TO US?????
