Secondary boxes not working
My primary cable box is working but none of the secondary boxes are working. Known problem according to the 800 # but I can't talk to a human to tell me how long this will last.

Hi. I am chatting with an agent as I have the same issue. I have two secondary boxes that are not working.. main box is fine. There is an outtage issue and will take 1-2 hours to fix. Outtage ticket ID S106-8567-710.
Xfinity is working on it....
