Second Audio Program Won't Go Away

This is only on ABC, and only during sporting events. The Spanish broadcast is running on top the English broadcast.  I've powered the X1 box down, but that didn't fix it.  I went into the settings, and the SAP is off.  Weird thing is when I choose the Spanish language, there is no sound at all.  Again, this is only during sports.  I noticed it first during the Little League World Series, and now it's doing the same thing during a college football game I'm trying to watch.  Both on ABC.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Go to Settings / Device Settings / Audio and click on Audio Language Reset.

That should fix it.

did not fix the issue. Clicked on the 'reset' "OK" multiple times and it keeps showing the program in Spanish.

Good evening @user_0uoc2v, and happy Tuesday, we hope you are having a fantastic week so far and appreciate you taking the time to reach out on our Community Forums. We're sorry to hear about your audio issues with the Spanish broadcast playing over the English broadcast during sporting events on ABC. We appreciate you also confirming that SAP is off and you tried powering down the X1 box down. Our team will be happy to help run through some additional troubleshooting steps. Have you tried to use Audio Language Reset to go back to the default track? If not, can you try the below steps?

  1. Press the xfinity button on your remote.
  2. Highlight Settings (the gear icon) and press OK on your remote
  3. You can get to Audio Language (SAP) Reset from Device Settings Audio, Language, or Accessibility Settings. Highlight one of them and press OK on your remote.
  4. Go down to Audio Language (SAP) Reset.
  5. Press OK on your remote to clear your last chosen audio language and go back to the default language setting.

Please let us know if this helps or if the issue is still occuring.
