I have always had my DVR recordings work while on seasonal plan until this year. Just got on last week and DVR is not available to stream on iPhone. And the worst part is, most shows can’t even be viewed on demand. Just one more reason to dump xfinity. Sadly, this is why I stayed with them all these years and paid the ridiculous amount of money.
