purchased season 4 of Yellowstone through Viacom’s $17.99 offer. I cannot get episode 9 to load, only option at this point is to repurchase. What is going on?

I am so sorry about the episode not loading! Just to make sure, have you done any troubleshooting as of yet, like say unplugging the box and plugging it back in? If you go into anything else in the On Demand, are you dealing with the same thing or does everything else work just fine, @user_bf8d2e?
