Scrolling your favorites on the X1 Remote
Hello, I just upgraded my cable box and remote, but the new remote does not have the "favorite" button like the old one where you can scroll only through your favorites. How can I get the new remote to scroll only my favorites without having to go through the full channel list? Thanks. James.

Hello, @longmuirj. You can pick up a new remote at any time just by visiting one of our Xfinity stores. We would also be happy to look into the options to ship one to you as well.
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

The concern is not "Xfinity Home App" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

This might help (if you haven't already considered this):
Click the Xfinity Button, then the settings "gear" > Preferences > General > Default Guide View
If you select Favorites, then only your favorites will show when you push the GUIDE button or the Mini Guide button (right arrow between the B and D)
Then, if you want to see All Channels, you can either undo that
OR for a temporary "toggle," click GUIDE TWICE and move the arrows to select ALL CHANNELS or Favorites (I think it will reset to the default you chose if you power off)
A favorites button WOULD be nice though!
