Screen Saver

I agree with all of the other customers, please disable the screensaver even the five hour screensaver. My mother has dementia, and sometimes it keeps her up late, and she doesn’t understand how to disable the screen.   I hope you’re consider changing it before I have to change service providers and I’ve been a customer for close to 30 years. Be a sad day to leave, but this needs to be   as you can see, this is an accessibility issue for a number of disabled folks within your threads. I can’t see why you wouldn’t consider that.  Unless you truly are selling out your customers for the advertisement space

Zachlj thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today regarding your Screensaver. While we currently do not have an option to remove it entirely (outside the time interval option you referenced), we do have customization options for the theme you can choose that may improve the experience for your mother though.

The “theme options” do NOT help my 92 year old mother with dementia. I can not believe a company like Comcast is not interested in making these accommodations for disabled customers. This is very sad.
