screen pausing/jumping, sounds drop out, multiple channels - Comcast experts PLEASE HELP
A little background:
over 2 years ago we have a ticekt that took 6 or 9 months to resolve (047206592)
did months of phone support, resets, techs at house. All splitters replaced, cable ends, advance tech came with fancy signal neters. End result - not in our house or our street box. Somewhere in our area they finally found an issue (bad cable, repeater, who knows)
All has been well, smooth video for 2+ years, and now it's back.
Before I start that whole dance over again and want to hang myself, is there anyway to skip right to the advanced tech type person or to have them check the network in the area? Please?
