Screen freezing/pixelating
We've had consistent issues with the screen freezing/pixelating. We did upgrade to router to the latest version. We also paid for a service call ($100) and the technician replaced the splitter. The problem happens less frequently now, but it still happens fairly often. It may be limited to playing DVR content. I've also wondering if it might be due to recording one or two programs when watching live content. Are there any other options for solving this, since the outcome of the service call didn't fix the problem?

@khwalker Since you're still needing assistance after you already had a technician come out, then we can help you get a new appointment scheduled. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
