Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? You mentioned channels 4 and 5 were scrambled, but the rest were fine. How long has it been like this? Did it just start happening recently, or has this been ongoing? Is this only happening on your cable box, or does the same thing happen when you stream those channels through the Xfinity Stream app? Can you tell if the On Demand versions of shows from these channels are doing the same thing?
Thanks for clarifying, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with your tv services, have tried any trouble shooting steps like doing a reboot on the tv box or using the self service options https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-troubleshoot-xfinity-app ?
