I had a lot of shows scheduled to record and also shows previously recorded that are not showing up any longer. I still had 65% left on my DVR. What happened?

Thank you for reaching out on the forums, @user_259081! I'm sorry you're having some issues with the DVR service. There was a known issue that came up today, and it looks to have been resolved. Are you still experiencing the same problem?

I'm trying to record LegoMasters. How do I fix it?
Were you able to resolve your recording issues?
My DVR is refusing to record some shows and I'm unable to determine why. For example, when using the Guide and attempting to record a show, it will go through the steps and appear that it is going to record, but then the Guide will have a red no entry (a red circle with a slash through it) symbol next to the show. This is what I've tried:

Also having this problem as of yesterday. None of Xfinity standard troubleshooting steps work.

Looks like this problem is back. All scheduled recordings disappeared from online/Xfinity Stream, but still show up on my DVR.
