Scheduled recordings are missing!! Upcoming recorded shows in guide grid showing the circle with line thorough it
All of our scheduled recordings have been deleted. No new equipment or account changes. All upcoming expected to be recorded shows are appearing in the guide grid with the circle with the line through is as if we cancelled them. This is not the case.
If I try to set up future recordings now manually, I go through the entire process and get the "Your recording is set" message. I then check the guide grid as well as scheduled recordings and these new recordings are not showing either.

Back up here in Levittown, PA. After reading these posts I cycled my box and it took a few minutes for the scheduled recordings to repopulate. I had checked it just a bit earlier and it wasn't there so I am imagining this just came up. Hopefully they will remember the "fix" for future events.

@bpgolf Thanks for the post, and sharing the workaround you found.
If anyone is still waiting, try their solution below from another thread:
"there is another thread about this I started Thursday night. Turns out there was a nationwide issue that supposedly is resolved. However, the schedule recordings didn't automatically appear as some folks stated. I had to go into the grid and select a recorded show that is showing as cancelled (red circle), select it and then select record. At that point after getting "your recording is set message" I went to the Scheduled Recordings tab and all of my previous set recordings are now showing.
Give that a try. Hopefully this will work for you." Shared by bpgolf.
