My scheduled recordings have all disappeared in the last few hours. And when I try to record a show now, it says recording set, but is not recording. I just use Xfinity beta stream app

I am having the same problem. My “scheduled recordings” window is also empty, even though I have several shows set to record.

I have a true XG1v4 DVR. I see scheduled recordings, but when I use Xfinity Stream or online, it says there are no scheduled recordings. Also, the recordings from Wednesday are not on Xfinity Stream or online, only the DVR.

Same problem as @andyross except my issue is not fixing itself. Also, I cannot initiate a new recording from the app. There are tons of threads on this issue. Why is Xfinity not addressing the problem?

Same here. Dvr / streaming all empty , all disappeared at 8 pm yesterday (11/24). The schedule on the dvr shows only cancelled recordings (series items marked as new, but it isn't), but non-cancelled recordings not showing any more .

I was finally able to get this resolved. If your streaming app is not showing scheduled recordings and/or you cannot initiate a new recording from the Xfinity stream app, support must initiate and send out the “advanced diagnostic signals,” which there are 3 or 4 of them. You’ll then sign out and sign back in.
Unfortunately, to get this done, you have to have an advanced ticket created and talk with the advanced team. Hopefully this will save you hours dealing with the tier 1 team. Why oh why the tier 1 team doesn’t have a simple lookup table to route issues like this to the advanced team is mind blowing. Should have been a 5 minute call, “oh, that’s your issue? That goes to the advanced team and I’ve created a ticket for you. Enjoy your day.”

I noticed last night that all of our scheduled recordings have disappeared. Also, when I try to record a show, it shows a scheduling conflict when there are no shows scheduled to record. We have rebooted the system twice. Is there anything else that we should do?

Wow. Lots of fun yesterday. Everything is finally back to normal, I hope.
Lost channels issue:
On the phone and Roku apps, it was acting as if it was not tied to my home network. I tried rebooting the modem as that sometimes fixes similar issues (although I had no issues access Comcast web sites.) That didn't seem to affect anything. Simply logging out and in didn't help. Some on the Comcast forums said doing a TV Refresh fixed it. I didn't go that far, and a few hours later they were working again.
The XG1v4 seemed unaffected, but that turned out to not be quite true. Later, I tried to watch "Confess, Fletch" on Showtime OnDemand with the Free TV Week. It tried to play the video, but gave an error. I then tried playing a recording that I know is Cloud DVR from Smithsonian HD. That also refused to play, and it would also not tune into Smithsonian HD. So, I decided to do a Refresh TV from the Xfinity Assistant, although I wonder if a simple reboot would have done it. I assume all a refresh does is force a reload of the firmware and software, which didn't change anyways. After the refresh, everything was working properly.
Lost scheduled recordings issue:
Even after the refresh, the scheduled list was still empty online/Xfinity Stream. Also, even though I had a recording scheduled, it did not trigger an update like it seemed to do last week when this happened. It was the Jeff Dunham special on Comedy Central, which they were airing 3 times in a row. Because I did the refresh while it was in the middle of recording, I told it to record one of the repeats. That set properly on the DVR, and surprisingly, also showed up online. I then rolled the dice and did a Sync DVR on the DVR. That didn't affect anything, although it did actually add a few new recordings to the local list. But, when I checked later after that new recording had started, the online list had suddenly filled back in.
I wonder what is going on. In the past, I've also had issues where Favorites can disappear for a few hours. I assume there are multiple server farms, and maybe they don't all properly sync up, or I end up on an individual server that is missing some information. I'm not sure if having at rue DVR helps fix this easily, as it sounds like those with Cloud-only cannot even set a recording.
