Scheduled recording priority list

I just got a replacement dvr and there are over 200 scheduled records in the priority list that are not mine. How do I get rid of them.

Same type of issue here. Apparently there is a secret way to delete entries from the priority list?

In addition to that, My DVR keeps recording shows that I have not scheduled to record. Can the dvr be hacked?

Thank you for being an active member of the Xfinity Forums Community @stinga. I can't imagine the headache you have had with the DVR settings. I am sorry to hear this has been your experience.

First, I would suggest prioritizing your recordings. Follow the guidelines in this link https://comca.st/3Ku9sXW. This will allow you to view all recordings, delete the ones you don't want, and change the priority.

More often than not, I have noticed that it is usually a friend or family member setting recordings from the Xfinity Stream App innocently. If these steps don't help please reach out again. Our team will be on standby.
