Scheduled DVR programs

All of the shows I had recorded and scheduled to record are gone from my DVR. It says “You have no scheduled reminders in the next 14 days”.  What’s going on??  Not a happy customer!!!

I have the same issue.  All my stored recordings, along with anything scheduled vanished sometime in the last 2-4 days.  The entire tab with the recordings is gone (I think the tabs in order were: For You/Recordings/Scheduled).  If I hit the record button for a live or future show, it says I don't have the DVR plan and it tries to sell me an upgrade.  I've had the DVR plan for as long as I can remember, and have not changed anything on my account for several years.  Spent 45 minutes on the phone with the help desk last night and they were clueless.  The call ended with them telling me that they would escalate, someone would fix it and call me back within an hour.  That was 24 hours ago.  Nice.

Follow up.......My DVR issue resolved itself some time in the past 24-48 hours.

I have a main Xfinity DVR and 2 cloud based DVR's. One of the cloud based DVR's is not showing any of my Recordings. Not even a tab for Recordings is showing. I have rebooted the box and did a System Refresh, but still nothing.

Yup, they must have made an update that broke a bunch of stuff.   The lack of updates and responses here is concerning, they must know they broke it and are working towards some deadline.  A little communication would be nice.

@user_f74bff I can understand the frustration! Have you recently replaced the DVR or made any changes to your equipment? Can you tell me when the last time you saw the recordings was?
