schedule appointment
My TV picture is distorted when using cable channels but not when streaming. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting and believe the set-top box needs replacing. I want to schedule an appointment for a technician to come to my house and have jumped through all the hoops as requested by the bot. Please, I want to speak to a live agent schedule an appointment.
