Hi user_fwgc7a, thanks for reaching out here on the community forums! When you say your TV isn't recognizing the box, do you mean that you're not receiving a signal when switching to the input the cable box is connected to, or is it not recognizing that it's a piece of Xfinity hardware? I have a Samsung myself and I know it has the ability to communicate with the X1 box and automatically label it as such. Also, to avoid any repeating anything you've already tried, what troubleshooting have you already performed to try to fix your issue?
