Revision 130.00.00 has bugs in the Power Saving system [Settings/DeviceSettings/PowerPreferences/PowerSaver/ -- the Power Saver:OFF Sleep after 4 hours CANNOT be turned off -- has set and reset box, set and reset the Sleep function to ON/OFF.  Even with the Power Saver set to "OFF", after 4 hours of remote control inactivity the current program is over shadowed by a two button dialog to "Cancel" or permit the Saver to operate with a 5 minute delay which proceeds to the SLEEP state unless the "CANCEL" is selected.

Household REQUIRES that the TV and channel NOT be changed 24/7 for a disabled person.  This new April 21, 2021 update fails under Americans with Disabilities Act.

Service call did not resolve the issue

Greetings, @user_ae7631! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I hope you are having an amazing day! I apologize to hear that you are running into this issue with the cable box still turning off after a set amount of time. Looking into the following link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-power-save-faqs it looks like there are two modes of turning off the box. One is the power save mode as you had mentioned. When power saving mode is turned off then the box will fall back to a "nap time" as default. There is no way to turn this off and seems to be functioning as design. However, I will pass along this feedback to the proper channels for future enhancements! Please feel free to reach out to us again if you have any further questions.
