Restore Master Bedroom Box

Unfortunately,  when my service was restored they failed to reinstate the Master Bedroom Box

Hmm, that is super strange, traditionally the signal that would fire up all the boxes goes to everything. Could you please do me a favor and just manually power cycle the box? That should allow everything to come back on. Appreciate your patience with all of this! We are going to make sure you are able to get back to enjoying the service.

@XfinityThomasB  I've done all of that & it's not working, which is why I've reached out.
