Restart Feature

Also here to complain about the restart feature not being available when clicking on a channel it takes us backwards instead of forward when viewing on Xfinity. Not a good move Xfinity layout need to reinstate.

@user_fkz7s5 Hello there! Thanks for sharing your feedback for the restart feature. I'm sorry for the trouble. I would love to help out and see if there is anything we can do to resolve the issue.

While working with other customers we have found that the restart option is still available, but it depends on the network. Are you finding that the restart / play from beginning option is missing on all channels?

Hi Paula, yes the restart button is nowhere to be found, missing on all channels, yes.

@user_fkz7s5 Have you also tried the "Jump Back" option? As you can review here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-guide-pause-rewind-fast-forward-live-tv, we added three new options/buttons as part of a recent update. As listed in the link "These buttons enable you to quickly navigate within the program you're viewing and between programs in a playlist. The Jump Back button sends you back to the beginning of a program." If you try this feature, are you able to get back to the start of the program?
