Reset/Reload Apps on X1

hello. When I go into the Troubleshooting menu, I see  "System Refresh", "Restart Box" , and specifically "Resest Netflix". 

We recently started having issues with HBO Max and Prime apps on the X1 -- HBO Max lets us browse and pick a show -

then when we actually try to PLAY it, it just goes back to the home/landing screen page.  

Prime lets us pick the show, when we hit play, it tries to load, then says "Something went wrong" 

How do we reset/reload these apps ?

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I know how frustrating it can be to have errors trying to watch a show and definitely want to help you resolve this. Have you already logged into the Xfinity My Account app and selected Video > Troubleshooting > the cable box you are having the issue with and then resetting the box and going through those troubleshooting steps? More often than not the troubleshooting you can perform in the app will resolve the issue with your X1 equipment.
