Reset cable box every two days

Hi, I have to send a signal to reset my cable box every two or three days to get it to work.  I’ve called multiple times but am yet to speak with a technician.  Can someone please provide technical support?

Oh no! Extremely sorry for any issues with the services. Please allow us to investigate and get this figured out. Does the box reach any specific error message by chance? I was hoping to gather some details on what is happening to help isolate the issue. Appreciate you getting us in the loop!

Hi - thank you for your reply.  There’s no error message that I’m aware of.  The screen is black. 

When I send a signal to restart the box, it always comes back.  Once I restart it, it’s good for another day or two and then I have to restart it again. 

This only happens with our 4K wireless box.  This started happening about two months ago.

Hmm, it is strange that is repeats like that. There might be some type of coax signal interference. I would like to dig in on this further.
