Requesting XG1-v4 4K Coax DVR Box Replacement for Failing Old X1 Equipment
Hello,
I am currently using an old traditional legacy X1 coax box that is failing and experiencing video output issues. This box is approximately 15 years old. I tried going to my local Xfinity store to exchange it, but they only had wireless streaming boxes in stock, which will not work for my setup. And they weren't able to order one to be shipped to me.
I specifically need a traditional coaxial cable connection with a physical hard drive. Could an Official Employee please help me order a replacement XG1-v4 4K Coax DVR Box shipped directly from a regional warehouse? Thank you.
