Requesting MAC Address Provisioning Transfer: Xumo XiOne to X1 Wireless Client Profile
I am an Xfinity Diamond Tier member with an active linear X1 TV package. I recently picked up an equipment-leased Sercomm XiOne box (Model SCXI11BEIBCO) from a retail store, but it was mistakenly added to my account under a Xumo Stream Box lease code. I subsequently ordered an additional X1 Wireless Outlet from support to fix this, but automated fulfillment shipped a second legacy Xi6 (I already have one Xi6 on my account) instead of the XiOne architecture.
Since both the Xi6 and the XiOne are already on my account as leased units, I need a Digital Home Care specialist to adjust the billing codes. Please transfer the active 'X1 Additional TV Outlet' rate profile over to the serial number of my leased XiOne puck, and remove the shipped Xi6 and the duplicate Xumo streaming code so I can return the excess hardware. I need the XiOne's Broadcom platform provisioned as an X1 client for hardware benchmarking.
