Requesting an Xi6 box with a customer-owned modem?

Hi all - I'm hoping to replace a secondary coax HD box with the 4K wireless box. Per this article, this should now be possible even with a customer-owner modem. Can the team here help me swap my current tv box out for the Xi6 wireless one?

Hello @Croquette We can certainly help get one ordered for you. The wireless boxes are only available for shipping and not our store pickup option. So we can send the box, and you just need to return the old one when you can. To get started please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
