Requesting an additional XR15 remote for my 4K box setup
I understand that I can go through this support forum to request an additional XR15 remote to pair with my new XR1v4 box that I installed this week. Could one of your employees order one for me to deliver to my house so I don't need to go physically to the Xfinity store? I also understand this won't add any charges to my service. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your time today. Yes, I can get a new voice remote shipped out to you with no cost to you. I would need to send an approval out to you for your to approve the shipment of the voice remote. Can I please have the best telephone number or email address for you? Please keep in mind the approval is only valid for 15 minutes after it has been sent.
