Request to Remove TV Services

Dear Xfinity Support,

​I am Hanna Fiene, and I am writing to request the removal of TV services from my account, 8512100011359660. I recently attempted to return my TV box at an Xfinity store, but was informed I need to make this request online first.

​As a school teacher, my schedule is very busy, and I am unable to spend time on the phone with customer service. Please consider this email as formal notification to remove TV services from my account. I will return the equipment to the store once this is processed.
