Request for XiOne Replacement (HDMI Compatibility Troubleshooting)

Hello,

I'm hoping a moderator can help determine whether my account is eligible for an XiOne replacement.

I currently have an XG2v2-P TV box and have spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting persistent HDMI compatibility issues with my home theater system. At this point, I believe the next logical step is to try a newer X1 client.

Equipment:

Sony XR-75X93L TV
JBL Bar 1000 soundbar (latest firmware)
Xfinity XG2v2-P TV box
Xfinity TV with Cloud DVR
Customer-owned Arris CM8200 cable modem
Netgear Orbi RBR40 mesh router

Issues I'm experiencing:

Intermittent HDMI handshake failures (occasionally the screen remains black until I change inputs and switch back)
Channel-dependent audio sync issues with the XG2v2-P
HDMI compatibility issues that persist despite extensive troubleshooting

Troubleshooting already performed:

Tested both HDMI topologies:

     XG2 → JBL → Sony
     XG2 → Sony → JBL (eARC)
Moved the soundbar between the TV's ARC/eARC port and a standard HDMI input
Disabled BRAVIA Sync
Updated the JBL Bar 1000 to the latest firmware
Tested multiple HDMI settings and configurations

Swapped HDMI Cables

I visited my local Xfinity Store, but they did not have an XiOne available.

Could someone please verify:

1. Is an XiOne compatible with my account and Cloud DVR service?
2. Will it work with my customer-owned Arris CM8200 modem and Netgear Orbi RBR40 router?
3. If it is compatible, would it be possible to have an XiOne shipped instead of another XG2 model?

I'm not simply looking for newer equipment. My goal is to determine whether the newer HDMI hardware in the XiOne resolves the compatibility issues I've been experiencing with my current XG2v2-P.
