Report Disney plus issue

I too am having the Disney plus issue with Comcast.  It’s been reported for over a year - I tried everything suggested and still no luck.

why won’t Comcast fix this issue.  I have the same problem with Paramount+.  

Both Disney+ and Paramount+ work fine on other devices but don’t work with Comcast.

I pay  too much money for Comcast for this poor quality

what can be done?
