Replacing Wifi TV Boxes with XG1v4 DVR Boxes

I've had 3 wifi tv boxes that have been a nightmare in keeping a stable and constant connection.   I've been to the local store a couple of times and even replaced them...and I still have random problems with various error codes.  To say that I'm very disappointed would be a huge understatement.  Just this morning, 2 more error codes on two different tv's.    I am done dealing with the wifi boxes and simply want to replace them with the newer coaxial DVR boxes (without wifi).  I believe they are the XG1v4 boxes.  Bottom line, I'm requesting 3 XG1v4 DVR Boxes to replace the wifi boxes.

I've been a customer for over 20 years and I've never had so many problems with my cable service.   I prefer to remain a customer, but if this issue isn't addressed, I'll have to leave and find another provider.

@XfinityBrianH Thank you.  I understand that my local store does not have any XG1v4 DVR Boxes, so I did respond to a direct message to have them mailed to me.   I'll be happy to finally replace the buggy wifi boxes.

The XG1v4 is not a new box.   It's been around for many years and is in short supply these days.  No new ones, just refurbs.  Stores don't have them and it seems to be about 50-50 whether you'll actually get one when ordered through customer support.  It's a 4K box.  Are all your TVs 4K?  We have two 4K sets with XG1v4s and two other HD sets with small wired companion boxes.
