Replacement 4K TV Box

Hi, I need a replacement X1 4K TV Box.  The HDMI port is bad.  I’ve used the hdmi cable on other devices and the hdmi cable works.  I went through the virtual assistant with no avail.  Can you help me receive a new box?  There isn’t a Xfinity store that is close to me for exchange.
