replace a nonresponsive Xi6-T box

My Xi6-T box will not power up.  When it is plugged in it does not power up.  We have four of these and I have tried the cables from boxes that work and nothing.  These boxes are not in the stores.  How can I get this replaced without spending hours on the phone or with the AI assistant.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
