Repeated issues streaming

Every time I try to play my recording or even just the on demand show, it keeps giving me a playback issue

user_3jbt3y Thanks for posting on our Forums. I'm sorry to hear that this playback error keeps appearing and can understand how that would quickly become frustrating. When this happens, have you tried any troubleshooting steps, either through the TV box or in the Xfinity app/website?
